Sep 16, 2022: The Oil and Fuel Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday issued its annual report for the fiscal calendar year 2020-21, in the course of which it resolved 8,272 grievances giving financial aid of Rs 1,18.31 million to shoppers.

Other than, the Authority granted 1,341 gasoline connections though addressing the shopper grievances, OGRA stated in the report.

“OGRA entertained consumers’ problems towards purely natural gasoline, LPG (liquefied pure fuel), CNG (compressed purely natural gas) and OMCs (oil marketing and advertising corporations) free of charge of price tag.
